Cedar Ridge A.S.T.R.O.

ASTRO is the "All Students' Talent Recognition Organization", a program founded in 2011 that serves the Cedar Ridge High School’s international student body.

 

Round Rock ISD’s most recent district profile report stated that 8.2% of the student population has Limited English Proficiency. Additionally, 77 different languages are spoken throughout the district.
 
Given the rapid growth in our school’s size and diversity, ASTRO was launched to help international students connect with the Cedar Ridge community, to celebrate the cultural diversity they bring to our school, and to support them beyond the classroom.
